Closed Sales are down -6.0% for February 2024 in which the number of units closed was 770 compared to 819 in February 2023, with an increase in cash sales of 10.7%.
New Pending Sales are up 0.7% and New Listings are up 37.1%.
The Median Sales Price for Brevard Single Family homes is up 7.7% to $376,000 compared to a year ago, which was $349,000.
Months’ Supply of Inventory is up 59.1% to 3.5 months, an increase from 2.2 months in February 2023.
Traditional Sales are down -6.4% with a median sales price of $376,000.
Foreclosure/REO Sales are up 60.0% with 8 closed sales and a median sales price of $283,250.
Short Sale Closings N/A with 0 closed sales reported.

A quick recap of the Brevard County Townhouses/Condos for February 2024:

Closed Sales are down -2.1% for February 2024 in which the number of units closed was 186 compared to 190 in February 2023, with an increase in cash sales of 11.1%.
New Pending Sales are down -4.5% and New Listings are up 19.1%.
The Median Sales Price for Brevard Townhouses/Condos is down -1.0% to $299,345 compared to a year ago, which was $302,500.
Months’ Supply of Inventory is up 80.6% to 5.6 months, an increase from 3.1 months in February 2023.
Traditional Sales are down -3.2% with a median sales price of $299,995.
Foreclosure/REO Sales are N/A with 2 closed sales and a median sales price of $119,300.
Short Sale Closings are N/A with 0 closed sales reported.
